Women targeted for Job Creation

I was just reading an article by Rebecca Smith on the This is Kent website. The post is about the November Going for Growth event which is sponsored by Girlings Solicitors. The last event of this type held in September attracted more than 100 women. These meet and greet events are aimed at women who are considering starting up in business or as a help to women already in business and seeking out information or new contacts. organiser Christine Holmes said of the event: "It's ideal for making new contacts and friends while picking up information and top tips that can be used in your own business” I am sure any ladies wishing to attend will be able to register on the day at G Casino in Westwood Cross 9.30am to 2.30pm, Thursday, November 22 The event is free to attend, with free parking and an optional networking lunch. All delegates will be entered into a free draw to win a Business (and pamper) Bundle with additional tickets available to buy with all proceeds going to the Rainbow Children's Ward. Register at christine@hullabaloo-uk.co.uk to reserve your place or call 01843 822733.

  1. What a wonderful idea. I enjoyed this post Don. We're getting ready for Thanksgiving over here. Company's coming and I'm doing a bit of last minute panicking ;) I guess when all's said and done, it's all about taking it one step at a time on things like the housework, the shopping, etc., etc. Gregg takes it all so much more laid back. I think it's a man v woman thing, what say you Don :) Denise xxx

  2. I do it all from the comfort of the armchair I am ever so good at entertaining I only need a Heather and I can acomplish so much. I say its a man thing we are on top of it if you women can do the work, I think it only fair that we help in that way, after all fairs fsir. HEEEEEEE HEEEEEEEE Heather just scoffed at my answer as she walked out to the kitchen with my empty cup. I did tell her to check on dinner whilst there I dont like to think of her wasting a trip without getting the maximum out of her efforts. You know me always helping her where I can.
