Thanet Council go Solar

I have long been a supporter of solar panels as a way of generating electricity and saving both money and the planet. Wind turbines stuck out to sea are OK. but the only winners are big business. Solar energy is often installed by local fitters and the earnings and savings are made by the home owner. Thanet district  council recon that they will see a return on their investment after six years and that the installation will continue for a life expectancy of over 20 years. See the councils press release here
