Droit House This weekend

Below is an e-mail I received  from the Turner Centre about this weekends events. Hope all goes well.

Join us this weekend for the next in our series of Sea Whisperers weekend events.
Artist Polly Brannan will lead workshops over the weekend on making DIY cut and paste fanzines about the sea. Together with Polly, you can explore your stories, memories and thoughts about the sea, using text, drawing, collage and photography.

Everyone is welcome and admission is free, with no need to book.

The event is part of our exciting 18 month Sea Whisperers project which aims to draw out the local history, stories and personal narratives of Thanet residents' relationship with the sea.
Share your nautical tale at the Droit House 'Curiosity Sea Shop' and inspire a film to be screened at our gallery when it opens in 2011. For more details about the project and our series of weekend events, please visit the Turner Contemporary website.
